6 November holds an important place in the history of the Kashmir Freedom Movement. This day reminds us of the prolonged struggle, countless sacrifices, patience, perseverance, and unwavering determination of the people of Kashmir in their pursuit of freedom.

The land of Kashmir has witnessed the sacrifices of countless individuals who have faced immense hardships in their struggle for fundamental rights, freedom, identity, dignity, and the right to self-determination. These sacrifices can never be erased from history, nor can the legitimate voice of the Kashmiri people for their fundamental human rights be ignored.

Freedom is not merely a desire; it is a fundamental human concept deeply connected with human dignity, basic rights, and the right to self-determination.

The Rights Foundation firmly believes that every human being has the right to live with dignity, freedom, justice, and fundamental human rights. Protecting the human rights of the people of Kashmir, highlighting their challenges, and raising their voices at the international level in a peaceful, effective, and responsible manner are essential duties of humanity and justice.

We believe that the history of nations is shaped not merely by events, but by the sacrifices, struggles, and principles for which generations stand firm and play their role.

The sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs, the prayers of mothers, the patience of sisters, and the hopes of generations striving for freedom are an invaluable part of history that can never be forgotten.

The Rights Foundation appeals to all concerned parties to respect human rights, civil liberties, justice, peace, and the right to self-determination of the people of Kashmir. We further urge sincere and meaningful efforts towards a peaceful and just resolution of the Kashmir issue.

OUR MESSAGE

Protecting human rights, becoming the voice of the oppressed, standing for justice, and serving humanity are our commitments.

May Allah Almighty ease the hardships of the people of Kashmir, elevate the ranks of the martyrs, and bless occupied and Azad Kashmir, as well as the entire region, with lasting peace, justice, prosperity, and the protection of human dignity.

Ameen, Ya Rabb-ul-Alameen.

“Sacrifices become history, but the struggle for freedom is never forgotten!”
